I am excited to welcome you to Thrive Family Chiropractic. Your voucher includes your initial consultation and is split into two parts/appointments. Part 1. The Initial Consultation and Part 2. Your Report of Findings. These two appointments will be done on two separate days, as close together as possible. We will book your Report of Findings in with you when you attend for your Initial Consultation.
Part 1. Please allow up to an hour for this appointment. This is a comprehensive consultation and examination. I will take time to discuss your overall health, current concerns, and your desired health goals. I will perform a health assessment which will include a physical examination, postural images and chiropractic and nerve system tests. All checks are completely non-invasive, so there's no need to be nervous! You can stay fully clothed, but bulky items may need to be removed for your posture assessment. If you have any relevant imaging (x-rays, MRIs, etc.), please bring them along, I love having a full picture of your health before we start this journey together! Depending on the complexity of your case, review of scans, or consultation with other health professionals, it may be possible that we begin your first adjustment during this visit.
Part 2. Report of Findings: During this appointment, I’ll go over everything from your consultation, examination, and posture photos, and propose a personalised plan to help you towards reaching your health goals. You can pay as you go for the adjustments or choose an individual or family payment plan which can be shared between your family.

I am excited to welcome you and your child to Thrive Family Chiropractic. This will be your initial consultation and is split into two parts/appointments. Part 1. The Initial Consultation and Part 2. Your Report of Findings. These two appointments will be done on two separate days, as close together as possible. We will book your Report of Findings in with you when you and your child attend for their Initial Consultation.
Part 1. Please allow up to an hour for this appointment. This is a comprehensive consultation and examination. I will take time to get to know you and your child. We will discuss your child's overall health (past and present), current concerns, and your desired health goals. It will include primitive reflexes and developmental assessment as well as orthopaedic and neurological tests as appropriate. I do understand that sometimes toddlers do not always want to play ball when they come in. It is not uncommon for me to be playing with toys on the floor with them whilst performing the fun tests or happily singing along to nursery rhymes with them! If there is anything you want to discuss before their appointment over the phone I am happy to do so. Depending on the complexity of the case, review of scans, or consultation with other health professionals, it may be possible that we begin their first adjustment during this visit.
Part 2. Report of Findings, during this appointment, I’ll go over everything from their consultation, examination, and posture photos, and propose a personalised plan to help them towards reaching their health goals. You can pay as you go for these adjustments or choose an individual or family payment plan which can be shared between family members.

Initial Assessment (0-24 months) - £90.00

I am excited to welcome you and your baby to Thrive Family Chiropractic! This appointment is for new-born's up to 2 years of age and will require the primary caregiver to be present. Please allow up to a hour for this appointment.
I will take time to get to know you and your little one, reviewing their birth and "life to date" history. Examination includes primitive reflexes and developmental assessment as well as orthopaedic and neurological tests as appropriate. I understand that poonami's happen, feeding needs to be done and sometimes babies are sleeping. I feel like I have seen it all; this is why I take the time in the consultation for whatever eventuality happens. We have changing area if needed, you are more than welcome to feed your little one whilst we chat but more often than not new-born's sleep throughout the whole thing! If your little one is on the move we have lots of toys to keep them entertained also! It is always lots of fun and I am always privileged in helping your little one thrive.
Depending on the complexity of the case, or consultation with other health professionals, it may be possible that we begin the first adjustment during this visit.

We will book your Report of Findings in with you when you attend for your Initial Consultation.
Part 1. Please allow up to an hour for this appointment. This is a comprehensive consultation and examination for any stage of pregnancy, from week one to +42 weeks. I take a detailed approach ensuring we have all the information and history needed to support you through this amazing time. I will perform a health assessment which will include a physical examination assessing your spine and your pelvis, postural images and chiropractic and nerve system tests. You can stay fully clothed, but bulky items may need to be removed for your posture assessment. We have the best pregnancy pillow so you can even get to lay on your front! Yay! If you have any relevant previous imaging (x-rays, MRIs, etc.), please bring them along. Depending on the complexity of your case, review of scans, or consultation with other health professionals, it may be possible that we begin your first adjustment during this visit.
Part 2. This is the exciting part! During this appointment, I’ll go over everything from your consultation, examination, and posture photos; and propose a personalised plan for either the short or long term goals you have. I am happy to connect with your Midwife/Doula or other health professionals if you would like me to. You can pay as you go for your adjustments or choose an individual or family payment plan that can be shared between your family.

For New Member Initial Consultation appointments, full payment is required upon booking which you can pay securely through the website.
We are very flexible with appointments so if you do need to change your times we will do our best to accommodate. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your Initial Consultation appointment. Appointments missed, rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours will incur the loss the full appointment fee.
For existing members scheduling adjustment visits, you can reschedule online up to 24 hours in advance by clicking on the link in your reminder emails. Within 24 hours of an appointment, please give us a call on 0794045610.
Please ensure that you have completed your initial consultation forms at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will allow me to review your forms before you attend. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment if your forms have not been completed.
